During Prodcution
Must be done sporadically throughout the day.
Safety & Security
Monitor weather (lightning, raining, winds, etc)
Hydration
Proper lifting technique
No horseplay
Traffic control
Proper cones/barricades during work
Flaggers/spotters
Establish safe loading/unloading zone
Cones/barricades on site around hazards
Perimeter minimum 3’ outside
Communication
Stay in communication with the plant operator so too much material is not produced and, conversely, the crew does not run out of material
Stay in communication with the trucking company providing trucks so if trucks are slow or missing they are notified immediately
Let the logistics manager know if you are having issues with trucking, she can call someone higher at the company.
Communicate with the crew what you need, when you need it, and where you need it; the clearer, the better.
Communicate with the internal Crown contact for the job if there are issues with client preparedness, tenants, deliveries, phasing changes, or change order requests.
